• Visual Content: Photographs of the deceased. While photos are encouraged to personalise the memorial, they are not mandatory.

• Public Publication: The details provided regarding the deceased (Name, Biography, Obituary, and Photos) will be published on a public memorial page. This page is accessible via our primary domain legacies.wessan.org and our secondary domain memorials.wessan.org.

• Administrative Communication: Your email address is used solely to communicate regarding the specific memorial submission. We do not use your contact details for marketing or newsletters.

• No Commercialisation: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Wessan Legacies is a gift to the community; we do not engage in data-mining or host third-party advertisements.

3. Data Storage and Security

Our Tech Division maintains the digital architecture of Wessan Legacies. We use secure hosting environments to ensure that the stories and images entrusted to us are preserved safely. While we strive for 100% uptime and data integrity, users are encouraged to keep their own copies of any text or images submitted.

• Updates and Corrections: If you need to update or correct information on a published memorial, please contact our team.

• Removal: We respect the privacy of families. If a legitimate rights holder or immediate family member requests the removal of a memorial, we will act promptly to take the page down.
